We will share with you some useful tools to help you cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life to help you enjoy your festive season

Your hosts are qualified & experienced Stress Management Specialists with many skills including hypnotherapy and coaching to help you make the most of your day.

We ask our guests to book by November 5th with your deposit of £30 so we can reserve your place and send you a booking form, which helps us to ensure that your individual needs are met. Some places may be available after this date, so do contact either Chris or Sue if you would like to join us.

Your investment for the day, including refreshments and lunch is just £110.00.
